❤❤❤ just one question. When we breathe 5 times in the last mountain pose... is it mandatory to breathe through the nose or one can also breathe through the mouth? Kindly clarify

In yoga we must breath in and out through nose . But sometimes we tired during practice or as a beginners not manage breath so they can use mouth only for excel ( breath out ) . But inhale or breath in always from the nose .
