What a terrible thing to say to anyone, particularly to someone with one of the best singing voices and senses of pitch in the music business, as well as phenomenal songwriting prowess. It seems David Foster wasn’t very gracious with Steve Lukather either in the days when Luke was doing a lot of studio session work. Hmmm interesting that. So many of us are glad you kept on, keeping on, your music has given us so much!

Dude, you would have more fans around the world than you would even know. We might all be over 50's, but I think that's the minimum age these age for true music appreciation. Cheers from Australia.

I wish he could have seen your show in Wilkes-Barre, PA that I reviewed for the local newspaper back in 1988. The place went bananas for you! I still haven't seen that kind of excitement for an act at that venue all these years later. I interviewed the manager during all the cheering and he smiled and said, "This is nuts!" I'm glad things worked out.

It's not just mental health issue. Men in general have become pawns in the system. Just wanted to point that fact out Mr Marx. Real men don't off themselves. We just withdrawal from the game. Really pisses off the feminist 😁👍💪

Hi Richard, good to see you’re more active on KZbin recently. I’ve missed your commentary on Twitter since you left. Could you maybe do a short clip on how you met John Farnham and how you came to perform at his concert in Canberra (if I remember correctly)?

Foster sang lead vocal on 'Who's Gonna Love You Tonight' with Richard Page (Mr Mister) on backing vocals... roles should have been reversed. No wait, Foster should never have sung on it. He's shit. Richard, you're voice is awesome!

A mi me gusta David Foster (no tanto como tu) pero está claro que se equivocaba. Si hubieras decidido no cantar mucha gente no hubiera tenido una banda original de su vida

I always associated Don't Mean Nothin with the fakeness and corruption of Hollywood and the music industry. Good song. If that was what it was about, you hit the nail on the head.

Bro, you're one of the best singers on the planet, and ironically Foster knew it, despite his spiteful remark. Send him a signed copy of that one song.

A new David Foster's name and piano playing for many years. Before I knew his face. Then one day and my sister was talking about a guy on American idol named David Foster. I added two and two figure it out it was the same person.🧐 By the way "Nothing you can do about it" is an awesome track. 🎶"You're going swimming buddy I'm no fool"🎶

Best way to handle the naysayer's is to ignore and prove them wrong. You certainly did that on every level Richard. I can't imagine the world without your great songs and incredible voice that will live on and be relevant forever. I just saw your gigs in Australia later this year with a heap of my other favourite artists, Tina Arena, Daryl Braithwaite, Kate Ceberano, Southern Sons, 1927. That will be incredible. Sadly no Perth on the tour. Bummer!
