Im a powdercoater , metal worker and specialworker . Our factory is gettin new system in now, boxes that we can coat up to 180 cm high parts . Have only seen the drawings, but damn how i look forward to it :)

you need to step by step powder coating video one that shows you what you do the very first thing how you set up the machine if you put your dogs on International Manufacturing Company it's bigger equipment I need to have people had to set it up how to set the Nines hotel magnetically check your cord on your metal and then you know the spray and everybody knows just like painting that's what kind of video Yummy Nummies that way when you're tested at a job

£70,000 pounds a month turn over,working for nissan,caterpillar,komatzu,yes some amateur me...............powder coating is 1 DAY COURSE.quality checks are done by my in house qc staff,powdercoaters just coat the material,very very easy.7 stage zinc phosphate pre treatment gives my coaters the best finish.i rest my case.

Love how people say powder coating is so easy. . they are also the people that have never powder coated over zinc, galvanized steel etc... OR had to trouble shoot why the powder paint wasn't "wrinkling" when it was supposed to... or why there are fish eyes.. or why there is poor adhesion/salt spray hrs.... or why the gloss level was off... OR how to stop a part from out-gassing...OR why there was solvent pop.. If you say powder coating is not hard your truly an amateur ...

well i coating high end HD motorcycle parts everyday and my equipment is archaic i take a four $ peice of metal and turn it into 400 and i do it like a caveman its not hard to do its hard to do perfect every time
