Here is a bit of knowledge for everyone. If you look at the donuts, they all lean to the left. Why? Because Tim Horton was a left handed hockey player.

That may be one of the homes he lived in but it was not the home he lived in when he died. He custom built his home which is on Bannatyne Rd. In North York. He used the same bricks as were used in his coffee shops.

Thanks so much for the info. I enjoy learning! He had lived here on Warden for so long, raising his family and was known for this house, councilors were trying to get a plaque erected at this property. Interesting to learn he moved prior to his death. Thanks for watching and sharing that!!! Appreciate it and always enjoy learning!! Chris

*** In the video, I show a cigar shop that Gotti stopped at prior to turning himself in. I am NOT referring to the Castellano charges - I understand he was arrested at the Ravenite. Prior to this, Gotti was charged with various offences (which he mainly beat, earning the name Teflon Don) and he would have to show up and turn himself in to face those charges. In May, 1985, was one of those times, well before the Castellano hit. Apologies for the confusion!! Appreciate you watching!! ****
@nickrusso29107 күн бұрын
Dude, your facts are a little off. John Gotti never turned himself to the Feds. That is 100% wrong.
@inkedbeardsman7 күн бұрын
Appreciate you commenting. For record - I wasn't referring to the Gotti arrest for the Castellano hit. Yes, he was arrested at the Ravenite club for that. Prior to that, he had faced charges (that he mainly beat) through the years that he had to show up for. On march 28, 1985 10 people, including Gotti were indicted that that had to show up and stand trial for. He had turned himself in to face charges on occasions. I apologize if I made it sound like it was for the Castellano hit. I mentioned the date of May, 1985, well before the Castellano hit, when he had to turn himself in and show up to face charges (which he beat). Hope that clears up the information and apologies for thr confusion. Thanks for watching!!!

Gotti never turned himself in dude he was arrested at the Ravenite with Sammy and most of his crew so I have no idea where you are getting your information from? And no Sammy didn’t turn states for a lighter sentence at all! Lol he turned on John because John turned on him and was caught on wire tap complaining about Sammy and bad mouthing him, he was also planning to kill Sammy so no he didn’t turn for a lighter sentence
@timsilva827810 күн бұрын
, Although you are right about John never turning himself in the video never said it was for the final 1990 pinch. He got arrested in the street for the O"Connor case. Also it's never been said that John was planning on killing Sammy he was badmouthing him on the tapes but never put a hit on him until after he turned which if you think he didnt do for lighter sentence your nuts.....he was facing life in jail and had never served a day in jail prior to that arrest.
@inkedbeardsman10 күн бұрын
Yes, Gotti turned himself in on several occasions when he faced (and beat) various charges. The date I referred to was in May 1985. I wasnt referring to the Castellano hit which happened in Dec 85 - yes, he was arrested at the Ravenite. There is news footage of him spending the day in a park taking his time before turning himself in, so, yes, he did on various occasions have to show up to face charges. My apologies for the confusion as it was a prior charge I referred to. Sammy has given many reasons in various interviews why he turned. Listen to the Diane Sawyer one. Yes, maybe because of what he heard but it was also because of the lighter sentence and not doing time. It was brought up. Thanks for watching!!!

Blame the judge in this case for John Sweeney getting away with murder! He refused to allow the testimony of Sweeney previous girlfriend about the abuse she suffered at his hands. This included beatings, strangulation, just like Dominique suffered! The judge also refused to let the jury hear detailed descriptions of the beatings and threats Dominique wrote in her diary! When the jury gave Sweeney his joke of a sentence, this judge had the nerve to blame the jury! The jurors later said if they were allowed to hear this evidence, they would have found Sweeney guilty of first degree murder! RIP Dominique! I hope one day Sweeney will get the punishment he deserves!

Having been there at the time it all happened and watching the outcomes, I always believed it was a travesty of justice.. to lock the boys up for life without an iota of acknowledgement given to the reality of child grooming, sexual abuse and sexual slavery they endured at the hands of their parents. We all know that industry is guilty of freak offs and under-aged parties and casting couches and child trafficking.. but back then it was never out in the open. It was whispered about.. folks like Corey Feldman's whistle-blowing didn't come out until much later. As far as I can remember, the parents pimped them out to their friends.. who could they trust. But themselves, by any means necessary. so.. I support their release.. although they're going to need a LOT of help, support, guidance.. introduction back into society. It would be irresponsible to just release them.
