@@rodtrenton7338 you lost me. From the loud noise? Yeah my ears are already shot. But my son wore ear plugs that gently bring the decibels from about 120 to 90. So at least there’s hope for him!🤓

I have always found the Devil asking for permission to tempt a very interesting concept. It's always lead me to the thought that God doesn't make bad things happen, but he allows them. How comforting to know that Jesus understands how we feel when we feel abandoned.

My own personal story: "Hello my name is Rafael!" Dave, you may remember me telling you how Rafael appeared to me in the middle of the night -- and he instructed me to write a song about him (including giving me most of the words!) that ultimately served to be great comfort for my mother as she was passing away some years later. This seems fantastical when I tell it like this, but I believe with all my heart that it truly happened and truly was intended as a message from the Lord to both myself and my mom. Angels are God's messengers here on earth!
