What about hosting? Does it come with free hosting or do you have to pay or get your own?

Hot tip for the version history issue: publish versions you want to save to Review. You can't restore the course into Rise from there, but you can copy/paste stuff, and the links stay valid for a long time. It's still verrrryyy annoying that you can't really undo stuff, but especially if you have multiple people developing the course it can be a lifesaver.

This program has changed my authoring experience so much. It has opened so many doors just because it doesn’t take forever to figure out how it all goes together. This is a perfect tool for people who are solo in their Learning & Development “Dept” (ie. I’m a one man team) I’m honestly astounded by how good this is.

Hello! I chanced upon your website and wonder if you can let me know or point me to good sources on what it takes (eg. skills, temperament, software, etc) to be an instructional designer? Your examples in the video look amazing!

Hi there! Thanks for checking out our video and website. There are many different ways you can take an instructional design career, so it's best to explore many different avenues and see where your strengths and interests intersect. There is a small, but growing community on reddit (www.reddit.com/r/instructionaldesign/) where people often post questions about becoming an instructional designer. I'd suggest viewing old posts there and posting new questions that you may have about starting out. Best of luck to you moving forward! Starting a new career is always an exciting time of growth and learning. Cheers.
