This is probably why the female emus & cassowaries don't take part in caring for the young, so their bodies can keep producing more eggs to be fertilized. I think it's nature's way of helping to keep their numbers up.

Childhood memory unlocked, he was just brilliant. I didn't realise he was in Sweet & Sour (1984-5) too.

They need to put the 80's and 90's episodes on I View. I was 4 when this one aired, and remember watching it. It would of been epic if they paired up George with John Hamblin in one episode.

I had no clue Guy Pearce was a musician as well. Is there anything he can't do? Definitely looking forward to the Priscilla sequel, as 5 years after this video was posted we find out it's happening with the original cast!!!!!!!

This episode aired almost exactly a year before i was born. Here i am, a 36 year old man, enjoying this almost as much as I recall as a small child. How incredible to reminisce, i remember it well, yourself included George. Congratulations on a wonderful career impacting the minds of generations of young aussies. Very admirable.

i 100% agree: plant trees that provide food, EVERYONE! in Qld every street corner could/should have a mango or avo tree. down south: apples, oranges, cherries, stone fruit, these trees provide food for years.

Agreed. Mass movement of rich and celebrity during covid ruined it.
@tjmarx2 күн бұрын
This is what happens when internal populations are allowed to engage in unchecked mass migration. If one or five new super rich families turned up in Byron the town would still be affordable. But every man and his dog moved there so demand sky rocketed far beyond supply was ever planned for, pushing up prices into dizzying heights. The same happened to SEQ. Post-Lockdowns half of Sydney and Melbourne decided to move to SEQ and as a result they have tripled housing pricing, cripled infrastructure and revocably changed the states politics. We need a solution that prevents mass internal migrations, whilst preserving individual free movement.
