I have a small oval shaped amethyst stone that is yellow, not purple, but I have just ordered a large piece of "raw" purple amethyst which has not been sculpted or polished and looking forward to using it. What I learned from this talk is that amethyst can be useful to overcome addictions, and I have a liflong addiction and need to bring it under control. Looking forward to my amethyst stone.

I have a palm-sized lapis lazuli and a small pillar shaped lapis stone, and place both on my pillow as I go to bead, with both in touch with my third-eye area. My hope is that their power reaches y pineal gland too. I then recite my Buddhist mantras for about 30 minutes until I fall asleep. They improve my sleeping experience.

From a metaphysical (non-traditional) and energetic standpoint, black obsidian is the stone best fitted and assigned to the astrological zodiac sign of Scorpio 🦂 . The traditional gem stone is topaz. Other metaphysical crystals for 🦂 are clear beryl and nuumite. Thank you for this video exercise.

Wow, I haven't really been much into crystals till I met my wife who is also a Reiki Master & teacher, but I identify very strongly with Wiccan beliefs and practices so we are more together than the sum of our individual selves. I got my wife a hand made moss agate encrusted journal but after watching this I feel that all of it's properties that you mentioned are also things that I have been searching for for a few years now, so interesting. I'm also a gardener and an earth sign who has lost a bit of faith in the world recently so this is a good sign, also also liked and subscribed on the spot, cheers.
