Great video. I just wanted to share that I have early signs of arthritis in my hands. When I hold the phone sometimes it hurts & stiffens up more than usual. I know if from the EMF's. To relieve thisI put small chips of Shungite in a pouch slide it in a glove, it doesn't matter what kind I use plastic, and where it all night. The pain & stiffness is gone. It seems to draw it out.

I have a variety of tektites. Lybian dessert glass; Moldavite; and an extremely rare green-tinted meteorite in sunshine. I spent absurd money on a Moldavite and a Lybian tektites. When it's possible, I always carry both at once. I look after them well. I've never lost them and I know where I put them. They're in a gorgeous Indian bag I have. I live alone, and nobody ever comes inside my home. The Moldavite vanished one day. It just vanished. I haven't found an explanation as of now. Three little Moldavite are hanging from my necklace. I still have them with me. The large one, the first Moldavite I had ever owned, had vanished. similar to magic. No rational justification. Gone. Moldavite is a life changer. It truly worked magic for me. It will be missed ❤

Number 3. Now, this is something I relate to. I even blame myself for things that aren’t even my fault! I think that comes from trauma and abuse and being blamed for everything by a narcissistic family member. I have a rhodonite necklace. But I enjoy carrying around worry stones, palm stones, and certain tumbled stones and even hearts. I think it would be nice to have a rhodonite palm stone or a rhodonite heart. I’ve been working with green moonstone to allow myself to feel my emotions without bottling them up and judging myself for being dysregulated. I think rhodonite with this will help inhanse that a little more. To accept myself as a whole. I’ve been working to find crystals to help with freedom of self expression safely without judgment. Making music has the benefits of doing this.
