Ingredients 240g Flour 1tsp baking powder 5 Eggs 180g Sugar Vanilla sugar 10g Pinch of salt 200ml Milk 100ml oil Frosting 1 Cup Whipping Cream 1 Cup Milk 1/2 Cup Condensed milk * Whisk together Flour and baking powder together .then sift together into a mixing bowl. *This recipe comes together in three mixing Bowls. *In the first one ,you have your sifted Flour. *Now separate 5 eggs into the Other to bowls .We're gonna put the egg yolks in one bowl and egg white in the other bowl. *Beat the egg white on High speed until soft Peaks form,pour 2tbsp sugar and pinch of salt and continue beating on High speed until the egg white are stif *Next beat the egg yolk together with sugar and vanilla sugar until the yolk are a pale yellow.add 200ml Milk, 100ml Oil and mix together. *Now ist time to put everything together. Pour the egg yolk mixture over the Flour mixture.Mix together Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl. *Now transfer all of your egg white mixture into the batter and gently fold those together. Fold just until ist blended then stop.dont over mix. *pour all of the batter into your dish. Preheat Oven 180°C 30 to 35 minutes *Now put your dish in the preheated oven and bake 180°C for about 30 minutes .when ist done remove the cake from the oven and let it cool. *Syurp 1CUP Milk 1 Cup Whipping Cream 1/2 Cup Condensed milk Mix together and pour all over the top.give rest 30 minutes. *Frosting Whipping Cream Condensed milk Mascarpone Whipping Cream beat on High speed then add Condensed milk and Mascarpone until Frosting is thick and spread all of the Cream evenly over the top of your cake ,and decorate with pistachio.
