Any kind of 'City' project is a big No for me! Look at the gaur city, for example, it has become so congested and the traffic is insane... and look at the wave city gate, do you think gate that wide would be able to handle such large traffic in the future? I see nothing but a total disaster!

All of premium projects in Noida and Gr. Noida are termed as Luxury. Arihant One is semi-premium/premium segment. The main factors preventing it from become luxury are 1. Location next to some village 2. High Density: 200+ apartments per acre means its one of the most dense even in Gr. Noida West. It’s quite funny Nest story mentioned it as low density. A luxury project means less than 100 apartments per acre. 3. Amenities: just semi-premium to premium level. 4. Lack of Green & Open space: Almost none. There are atleast 10+ better projects in term of greenery & openness in Gr. Noida West itself.

Hello, all the details you see in the video have been shared by developer’s team. It’s the only exclusive information available with any real estate media outlet. When they launch officially very soon, you will find many channel partners’ landing pages with exact diagrams of layouts, floor plans, etc. Although, pricing can be closed at Rs 12,500 at the moment.

DLF follows same strategy, it seems their pricing is not justified but people get great appreciation after property is delivered and in use for 2-3 years. Not comparing them but no harm in being aspirational, some call it greedy. As long as they deliver what promised, it all digests slowly.

DLF has delivered more 150+ successfully & it's a 60,000 Cr + conglomerate on the other hand CRC has just delivered 2 projects with poor post sales support. I can understand that being an employee of CRC Group you are bound to write positive feedback but Stop fooling around the inocent retail investors for god's sake.

Property market is badly crashed in Yamuna expressway, Noida Expressway, Sector 150 and in Noida extension due to unrealistic prices demanded by Builders and other investors. Pls avoid investing in these areas and better to wait and watch for another 5-6 month to get the clear picture. Its your hard earned money please never come under any influence after seeing any such news or videos where these middlemen ( TV channels, Broker, agent or social media influencers) are misguiding the general public by spreading news that market is doing great and prices will go up in future.

Before purchasing, I strongly recommend visiting CRC Sublimis and getting feedback from existing customers. The builder's quality and post-sales services are disappointing. During the rainy season, water leaks into homes on every floor, and there's significant basement joint leakage. The materials used, including doors, locks, and bathroom fittings, are substandard. Additionally, the customer service, particularly Alok's team, is highly unprofessional and arrogant. The car parking spaces are inadequate and do not comply with RERA guidelines. This builder is depends totally on marketing. Ivory county will be better choice on this price point.

I'm a resident of CRC Sublimis. I have legal proof, including emails, video footage, and email chains to CRC Builder. On July 11 2024 CRC management tried to form an AOA without fixing existing issues in the society. I know you are an employee of CRC Group so you can also ask your seniors-Alok, Abhinav, and Sudipto-who were looped in on the email chain. If one visit Sublimis, one should definitely check out the basement parking B1 & B2. The expansion joint leakage is clearly visible, and the parking spaces don’t comply with the 2011 RERA (GO) guidelines.If necessary, I'm ready to post a full video with all the screenshots, email chains, and videos....

Project is good, but pricing is not justified. They must have bought the land parcel at lower price very earlier. But to maintain hype and costly brand, they have kept this pricing. Builder approach is somewhat greedy. Lastly thanks for the update.

I had just escaped from buying this.. beware of wealthclinic real estate group and its broker like Vyom.. they will speak like they are selling effile tower at the price of nuts.. strictly avoid Noida real estate brokers.. better invest in small town.. earn money from there and pay rent in good scocities here in Noida based on your choice.. Noida property matket is a big big scam..

@@ccrM89 you have to catch only 1 single lie from the crook brokers out of the 100 lies they tell. Once you know he is a liar you won't trust him..for me the broker asked me to pay token and on full payment day the registration will be done.. I enquired about the Registry from the residents. They tell no Registry is open. 1 lie was enough for me.. since last 4 years spent! Registry is still not there.. brokers are experts to show you dreams to lure you. Use your judgement.

Mai 2019 me flat Dek rha tha sec 1 me tab bhi ye ban rha tha or 2024 me bhi ban hi rha hai. Iske bechne wale or lene wale dono barbad ho chuke hai. Agent/ sales walo k chakkar me na pade, stay away from this one. Better to stay on rent than taking this headache project. 🙏🏻

@@the_nestory Okay So the thing is in google maps, it shows Solitairian City in the sector 25 of Noida and that's how it shows 18kms from New Delhi. but How can you justify Buddh International Circuit which itself is 16 KM from Pari chowk is 18.6KM from new Delhi. 24 metre road path which goes in front of AIMS green is blocked by AIMS green. Now there is onlyway for NOBILITY IN and out.suffocating considering the present traffic condition
