I think another reason for why music is haram in islam... It's because you be making something that doesn't has a soul and by that it makes a sound and you control it just like the guitar string. And it's like you trying to create a soul by the sound, just like the reason why drawing and building a statue that have souls is haram. And allah knows (اللّٰه اعلم) but i just think this is one of the reasons why it's haram because we should never try to create something that allah has created. Like the way our voices works and other creatures voices.
