People forget that this road could have been built as a single lane and everyone travels at tge speed of the fastest vehicle, but they made it double lane so that some can overtake. overtaking is legal do you know what isn't? lane hogging!

‘No U-turn’ sign is just before a gap which he passes and then turns at next gap where there’s no sign. Then there's a ‘No U-turn’ sign at the next road junction. Not sure whether every gap needs a sign or whether absence of sign here encourages U-turn at this gap! Perhaps a bit inconsiderate but worse things happen.
