Freaking finally! I couldn't finish this mission with how hard and wonky the mobile controls are, thanks to this video, i found the armor and the sniper rifle, they helped me a lot, I barely made it in time to take down the chopper, literally i had less than 10 seconds left, and somehow I took it down on the first try
