Every morning, let's say these five Buddhist phrases to ourselves 1. I am grateful for this new day. 2. I accept impermanence. 3. I cultivate compassion for myself and others. 4. I walk on the path of wisdom. 5. I am at peace with myself. And try writing down 2 things that you are grateful for, try it for 30 days, I believe you will also have good results coming to your life

Do not react Respond instead.... respond peacefully.. and kindly for all unkind and evil... its NOT that u break free the chains of karma, its that the good deeds you did over evil comes around and bites you peacefully ❤ Bottomline is... what you do comes around and bites you now or tomorrow or next life.. its inevitable BUT if you reach the state of ARAHATH..... no thoughts play in your mind... pattern recognition of the brain stops.. thats where you free the chains of KARMA

I've stopped relationships or sexual desires since 2020. The pandemic gave me the opportunity to completely stop carnal desires and wasteful partying. I've been healthy and happy inside since then.

It's amazing how such simple principles like kindness and forgiveness can completely transform our lives, yet so many of us struggle to practice them daily. Why do we resist what's clearly good for us?

Such a powerful and thought-provoking video! I love how you’ve explained the concept of karma and how our present actions can shape our destiny. Your insights into the Buddhist perspective on karma are truly enlightening, and the way you connect it to personal transformation is both inspiring and empowering. The love and compassion in Buddhism are not only directed towards others but also towards ourselves, to find peace within our own hearts.

3 biggest lessons I learn from this video are: 1/ The Power of Reaction: Our reactions, not the events themselves, shape our experiences. By controlling our reactions, we can significantly influence our emotional state and overall well-being. 2/ Mindfulness and Awareness: Practicing mindfulness helps us become more aware of our thoughts and emotions. This awareness allows us to respond to situations more thoughtfully and reduce impulsive reactions. 3/ The Importance of the Present Moment: Focusing on the present moment prevents us from dwelling on past regrets or future anxieties. By living in the now, we can find greater peace and happiness. Thank you so much for the meaningful video

5 lessons I learn from this meaningful video: 1. Start your day with positive thoughts to set a tone of peace and happiness throughout the day. 2. Practice mindfulness in the morning to stay connected to the present moment and avoid rushing into stress. 3. Focus on gratitude and contentment instead of what you lack to cultivate inner joy. 4.Engage in a morning spiritual practice to connect with your inner self and find clarity and strength. 5. Let go of past negative energy to fully embrace the present and create space for new experiences. Thank you so much
