Sorry, not sure what is a pulse guitar? I'm just playing regular fingerstyle. If you are asking about the guitar brand, this is a Martin D15 Dreadnought mahogany guitar.

Huge fan of weaving rhythm into a strum pattern. And yeah, getting those callouses built up again is murder!

I started playing a couple of years ago and really enjoy it. If you are in the market for a Morin Khuur, I highly recommend checking out uuguul.com/ to make sure you get a good quality instrument.

Why do you tune your Morin khurr too
@meisterfrown72396 ай бұрын
This video is in 4th tuning and probably around D for the thick string, G for the thin string, but I didn't check a tuner before recording.

It's a morin khuur from Mongolia. Also known as a horsehead fiddle.

You are doing a fine job with the moving-fingers method, but have you tried the lifting-fingers way? I find it easier to play whatever melody I know that way. With moving-fingers I have to learn each tune individually. With lifting-fingers I can play differently every time round if I want.
@meisterfrown72397 ай бұрын
Hi there Russell. I started playing lyre about 6 months ago and have been trying to imitate what I see folks do in videos. I haven't practiced the lifting finger method much so can't do it too well.
