The tires are probably no longer soft enough to grip the track and therefore loose speed and power up the hills. Find a safe cleaner for them. (Clorox and water 20 to 50%) Replace the tires and maybe light oil on any moving part but not the power tires area.

Man, that brought back a lot of good memories for me,Thanks!. I had the other variations of the Turbo Trains though, (HO scale train track). Recently i found a couple sets of the first run /release trains...paid 10 bucks for them. For humor and nostalgia, i converted them to run on my train layout. They still run crazy fast. If I'm not mistaken, the set you have....you should be able to replace the motors themselves, with newer standard Afx slot racing motors if they are not as fast as when new. I don't think they cost much, even today.

Hi there, this light comes on for service of course, but also for other things, let us say, episodic weaknesses. personnaly, i have change my battery, and light go out after running 5 minutes. now i got abs ring to clean (traction, ABS, TPMS light on dash, and was come back before ), once this little things fixed, it go away. in other ways, you have a weakness somewhere, and the ECU ask to going to the shop, with the original computer and know how, they know the weakness from your car. i got it even for a long delay of no water in windows tank!

Thank you. You helped me a lot. I just bought a 1980 Lund from my uncle and the boat worked great the first two times I took it out. The third time I wanted to take it out, the bendix was not catching the flywheel. I took off the top of the engine and the nut on the top of the starter was gone. I looked at the date on the starter and it was from August 8th, 1979. So, I bought a new starter from Mercury on Amazon and am in the process of changing it out now while watching your video.
