Sorry for the late reply. Because of the time difference, as we are 5:30 hours earlier than Indian Standard time. My mom send the atlu kadai from India, Thiruvannamalai.

The process for atlu and athirasam is totally different. So please make sure, you never use athirasam batter to make atlu. Thanks

Measurements not clear. Milk is more than half lit. Like to hv perfect measurements.

The milk we are adding is to soak the pooris. 500ml of milk is enough to soak the pooris. If you like it to be juicy then boil & add 750 ml of milk. Make sure the milk is hot enough.
