4:42, a mile joggleing record! It is not just pretty quick, than incredible. I was watching world track and field championship on tv this evening, live from London. The winer of decathlon 1500 metres race had result of 4:23. Decathlon world champion ran 1500 metres in 4: 30. Some of the world's top decathlon athlets ran it for more than 4:42. And it was not a full mile. Awsome

Yes, joggling times are pretty amazing. Once you get the hang of it the juggling doesn't really interfere with the running so you can get pretty fast.

Hey, you know what happened yesterday... I went to town, to a dentist. And had to wait a lot, so, i walked to the stadium, for some fun. There was a local basketball club running and children from treck and field club with their coach. They all were watching me joggling. Track and field coach stopped me for a talk when i was leaveing stadium. He was amazed although i am just an amateur. A man has never seen something like that. And he said he will involve joggling in training kids. You see how it goes as a chain reaction. I experimented and started to run juggleing, tried to find something on you tube about that, and get to know a lot from these videos, watched races and went to joggle on athletic track. A coach saw me, and was inspired. It looks it will be the first track and field club in Serbia wich will have joggling on trainings

"A sport of the future". It sounds so cool. I learned to juggle three balls two years before, when i was at the age of 38. (Acctually, it was rocks of the tenis ball size.) Now I'm fourty , and learned many three balls tricks, even "Mill's mess" and "Kraken". Those are maybe coolest tricks, but not hardest. The "Box" is probably hardest trick, though it does not look so cool. Too tough for me, for now.. Also, i menaged to do 4 ball flash easily, but i was confused, becouse there is no a cascade patern in 4 ball juggleing, and i'm still clumsy with all 4 ball tricks i learned. I tried also 5 balls, and i menaged to throw and catch all five sometimes, but it's still far from five ball juggleing. This year, i learned to juggle three clubs. ( acctualy, three pieces of wood, some 30 centimetres long). And i go further. Trieing with sticks, some 60 centimetres long. it will take some time, but i can do some 20 catches in a row with long sticks. Also, i juggle one stick of 30 centimetres, one big stone,of some 3 kg, and one very small stone, of the cherry size. Experimenting. And while experimenting, i started to run juggleing three balls, without knowing something like that realy exists as a sport. It was a month ago. Untill now, i menaged to run some 400 metres without droping. Ok, the road is rocky, and trees by the road makes a tunnel, and it is always evening when i find a time for joggleing. So, i'll go further, to the town, and joggle on athletic track.... No one in my region ever heard for joggleing, and no one has ever seen a juggler, except on tv. I never heard of joggleing, and started to joggle. Somehow, i feel like a pionier, although it exists for a long time. But also, i feel creepy, and i am always hideing, becouse it could be extremly wierd thing for my neighbours. Especialy becouse i am not some teenage guy, then fourty years old man. Always have a fear i will look as a maniac if somebody see me. So i must go to town, and to joggle on athletic track... A SPORT OF A FUTURE... WOW... i knew it there is SOMETHING in that. And i'm glad to hear a confirmation for that Something.

I have heard other people mention being embarrassed while joggling. Fortunately, I've never had that problem though.

I LOVE the cosmetic formulation tutorials on ur channel! More, MORE, PLEASE! There's nothing else like it on KZbin, and ur advice on formulation is fantastic for a novice like me! I have the love of science, and creativity, and have a lot of the raw, easy to work with substances, and have really come up short when it comes to finding advice...i suppose that u are right about how secretive the business really is! Anyhow, thank you for sharing your work! :-D
