The one Board member had it right. This application is a hammer to try to force the original redevelopment plan down the City’s throat. Why else would the developer have presented only a subdivision application? Developer wanted to spend the least amount of effort and money but try to force the City to reconsider the original plan.The Board seemed uncomfortable with this process, and rightfully so. Developer is not to be trusted.

1:10 One of "half a dozen different groups"? I've got a list of over two dozen, and that's not even counting hundreds if not thousands of so-called "gun clubs" carrying out the same crusade. That Klan (the original) was founded Christmas Eve 1865 and was nothing more than a silly joke social club between six young veteran soldiers. It's important to note that the "late 1860s" date comes from specifically 1867 when these dozens/hundreds of groups formed in reaction to Reconstruction, and at the same time infiltrated and co-opted the silly social club, who had no reports of violence prior to then. All of this dates to 1867-68. That KKK was officially dissolved in January of 1869 although some ad hoc groups continued to operate until 1871. That's because the element that both created these dozens/hundreds of groups, as well as infiltrated the Klan, were the old Slave Patrols or "night riders" that had operated since at least the eighteenth century, and *that* is the root that should be in focus rather than the idea that KKK was formed as a reaction to Reconstruction for political purposes. Neither is true. This is also the element under scrutiny as the building block of modern policing. Derivation of the name: The six young men who came up with the silly fraternity were mimicking a popular college fraternity of the time called *Kuklos* Adelphon. They took the work Kuklos (Greek for "circle") and split it up into the meaningless "Ku Klux" because "no one will know what it means", then they said "as we are all of Scots-Irish descent, add Klan (with a K)", not surprisingly suggested by the one whose name was Kennedy. They then proceeded to come up with all the other silly K-alliterations (klaverns, kleagles etc) which is more demonstration that the whole thing was supposed to be simply a farce. The local info here, though, is very informative.

I love what I have seen of your film. I think your capturing of it in a documentary is awesome. I had a script called Asbury Park, U.S.A. that used the reopening of the Upstage in the year 2000 as the backdrop. You got to do what my film never got to do. Bless you for doing it. When I was about 8 years old (now almost 49) I read the liner notes on I Don't Want To Go Home from my favorite band and thought to myself there is a movie here. I have done many small botique films with my own Guess Films. But I am proud that you were able to do it. Wishing you continued happiness and success, Sean Guess.

So why are the discriminating against the disabled who have service animals.this should have been taken care of before we were even approved to stay there since it was on her application. and nobody is giving us any help or making this easy and trying to make us pay rent for a month that we didn't even live there we haven't even moved in yet we can't. I can get my mail there I can move my stuff in but I can't bring my animals there which are service animals. That's against the law
