I can't find premium economy class from Oklahoma city to Ho Chi Minh city anymore. So, I change to Japan airlines which still offers premium economy class from OKC to SGN with affordable price.

Yes. To be honest, I'm not super impressed with EVA Air's seats; it seems pretty mediocre. They do have great service tho which is the most important
