Nice video. I have a Karcher SC1122 Steamer that’s been left for a long time in my garage. The lid is just rotating and won’t come off? Any ideas would be appreciated? Also, if it’s steam is less powerful would that be the same problem as yours? I haven’t descaled it but should. I read somewhere you should descale it once a week if you use it a lot? Thanks.

In my case pressing the reset button did not work, then I unplugged the machine from the wall and it was back to normal.
