It doesnt work with a bath that has non slip bumps built into the bottom of it , as the suction pads wont stick to them. My mother had to get a refund because of this problem with hers !

Yes but the acceptance of imperfections illness leads only one way most of recognise we will die although we cling on to life the living are conscious that we will die but as for the dead they nothing at all we will never be mentally prepared many of us look at the ones we have lost ?

MOst of the INFo-mercial is BS humor with nothing to do with the actual in and out of the tub #EPICFAIL. The steps i did not see was the actual LIFTING HIM OUT of the tub and even worse no new videos of this product still exsists. I'm looking elsewhere.

Video cuts as he siding on chair, Video cuts as he's going down on chair, Video never show's the unit lifting him back up, We often find once we buy an item then get it home for use there is a reason these step were no shown. With the price and the lack of transparency i say keep looking What they really need to do is set up a sale's person to come to your home with unit in hand for a test run in your tub this would help everybody involved. Helpful video. Looks a great product. I wonder how the suction pads cope with a bath with tiny bumps at one end that were designed to stop slipping. So the bath has a completely flat surface for approximately 60 cm, then the part with the uneven surface. Based on this video, i have purchased a Bathmaster Bath Lift. Jerry made it look so easy to assemble and use. He has a great sense of humour too. “Top floor, fashion and accessories” :-) Alot of elderly people are still so proud that they feel that they would rather struggle getting in and out of the bath, instead of using a lift like this. And struggling is how accidents might happen. Having someone like Jerry who is relatively young and mobile shows that it is not just for very elderly and people who are very mobility impaired, and thus might encourage more people to use this.

I am senior enough to watch this. Believe it or not we did not grow up attempting to hear over bugles and loud unnecessary musak. Turn it OFF.

Just a note on the credibility of your ad, if Jerry was able to sit on the floor to assemble the lift and kneel by the bath to get it into the bath ... he'd be able to get in and out of a tub without a lift. His knees looked highly functional with a good range of movement. Just sayin'.

Love this product. It's better that a walk in tub, since you are stuck inside waiting for the tub to fill or empty. I can imagine how cold you would be in the waiting.
