It was hard to find because I spelled Groop the other way. Was this the theme for the X-Rated movie, The Stewardesses. If so, it might have been black listed from the' limelight'. Anyone know? Thanks.

Bossa Nova... the art of being romantic while keeping a distance through cool jazz (so as not to suffer from the emotions) --a rather typical Carioca juggling of the time...

GREAT song! Reminds me of leaving work Friday afternoons and the drive down I-95 to Florida. Happy anticipation of reuniting with the love interest I had back in those days. I still enjoy the memories this song evokes.

Marvellously sang by THE GROOP! Nearly as good as "DESIGN'S" version.

She sure sounds like demo singer Leslie Miller who recorded some of the same songs!

I've been fond of this band for over 40 years. It has always been my guess that most, if not all, of the songs on the second album were recorded for the first ("You Were on My Mind") album. Anyone know anything about this? Make me happy with a reply.

Sure this was 69. Sounds a lot like "In The Garden" which was 1968 according to Bossajoe's upload of the song. Both songs are great.

Chris Dedrick did a great arrangement. His arrangement for brass equaled his vocal arrangements with Free Design. RIP

Yes, it's impossible to find this album in the USA, as it was never released as a CD here. I bought the Japanese import version through Amazon. It's called "I Haven't Got Anything Better To Do"
