Is the Windshield extender working as expected? Or is it good to upgrade to a taller windshield? I am experiencing a lot of wind buffeting on the stock windshield.

Great video. For the heavy rain, if you make your tent footprint 2 inches smaller than you tent. The water will not go between the tent and the footprint. This will help you prevent water intrusion in the tent. Good luck!

Awesome video Larry. Enjoyed it. I have a 2022 Versys X-300 and a 2023 Versys 650. Love them both. I have the Shenko 700/704 on the 300 and stock tires on the 650. I prefer the lighter 300 off-road and I stay on road with my 650. What tires are you running on your 650?

@LarryBiker I sure will! I suppose you don’t need an adv helmet since you’re spending more than 90-95% time on the road. It’ll just create unnecessary buffeting and drag. I suggest you get yourself a nice touring helmet. You can never go wrong with any of the Shoei, AGV, Arai, Scorpion, or even HJC helmets. Stick to what’s been tested and proven. Just make sure it's ECE 22.06 rated.

Amo los motores Kawasaki, y estaba buscando una opción que tuviera la misma habilidad en la calle que mi anterior Z650, pero con la capacidad (combustible, maletas, comodidad, accesorios) de llevarme tambien a la aventura lejos de casa y de la civilización. Pronto haré un vídeo más detallado de la moto y mis apreciación hasta ahora. Saludo motero!!

Encontraste un soporte de GPS o celular con el diámetro de la base que trae la versys sobre la pantalla? Es delgada la varilla esa y no le hace la mayoría de soportes por lo delgado que es.

Got a 3rd gen 2016 Versys 650, and am constantly thinking what I can do next with it. And there comes some 300ish views video and hooks me up on idea to go camping. Could you give me an aprox. estimation how much did the whole camping setup set you back? That would be lovely!

@maxymilion Yes, camping could be a great experience. But it's very important to take with you just exactly what you really need for. There are lots of items in the market that make your trip easier. I have not spent more than $300 in total (not included the tent). I'm planning on preparing a video, explaining all my camping gears. Thanks for watching!

@@bubaguz6911 Normalmente desde el concesionario te la configuran para que cuando topes los 4.500 RPM ella te avise que metas cambio. Haz eso, evita siempre que tu moto se eleve por encima de 5.000 RPM y vas a ver que llega sana al primer mantenimiento. Suerte y gracias por ver!
