Hello, how are you? I would like to know what is the máximum amplitude that Branson 250 Sonifier modem can have in micrometers and if the 70 % that recommended to be used to be used with 1/8” microtip refers to 70% of the aforementioned total lf the equipment. I would be very grateful greatful to have that Information, because i dont find very clear in the manual. Thanks a lot 🙏🏻🙌🏻

The machine has been surpassed by new machine types with more modernized controls. Spare Parts are still available as BRANSON tries to keep their products long alive in the market. We are servicing machines which are over 30 years in my country. For such question KZbin is not the ideal place. Its best for you to contact one of the local distributors for this question. They can provide you with informations and user manuals when necessary. As a general advice for all who read this: Avoid buying a used VIB-Welder if it is not checked by a specialist before! If you have for example a crack in the springs in the vibration head you can expect hefty repair costs and this damage is hard to notice for a Non-Expert before its too late.

Laser scanning for large parts like this does not work very well and offers in comparison very little control regards energy levels and the location of that energy level

@@analogueadventures250 Parts of this size are no problem at all to work with a laser scanner if you do it right. And you have all the control of energy levels and location of that energy level that you could possibly wish for... given that you do it right, of course.

As for my manufacturing unit we are using Branson USN knofe of 40kHz for Rubber cutting, as per the requirement we need to clean the Knife sonotrod almost every day due to material deposition, but everyday cleaning by sharpen objects creates dent on the sonotrod front part, is there any Cleaning product available when we can clean the knife without actually removing it from the system or convertor part.
