This must be stupidest title ever. Mansell was outscored by his teammates Piquet, De Angelis, K.Rosberg, Prost, Hakkinen, Hill and Mario Andretti in his career. He scored LESS points than his teammates in 1980, 1981, 1982, 1984, 1985, 1987, 1990. He couldn't win the title in 1987 in the best car against injured Piquet who lost his depth vision at Imola. Keke Rosberg made him look like an amateur in 1985 and Prost completely spanked him at Ferrari. Not to mention that Elio De Angelis beat him FIVE YEARS IN A ROW at Lotus. Mansell needed 1.5 seconds superior car to finally win the title in 1992.

Nigel Mansel. Mon pilote préféré. Il attaque. J'ai 59 ans et je suivais tous les grands prix de F1 à cette époque. Tous des grands Pilotes. Prost, Senna, Berger, Laffitte, Arnoux, François crever, quand j'étais plus jeune , malheureusement décédé 😥, Jabouille, Alesi, Schumacher, et Didier Pironny, pas sur de l'orthographe, qui s' est malheureusement tué en off shore. Gilles Villeneuve, son père , Graham Hill et son père, Alboretto , Lauda, j'en oublie, avant et après. Mais pour moi la grande époque de la F1 c'était les années 80, 90. Mais maintenant, je n'ai pas canal , je ne peux plus suivre, mais ma fille a pris le relais ❤👍 Prost est aussi un de mes pilotes préférés, il a beaucoup fait pour la sécurité des pilotes. Et évidemment un quadruple champion du monde de F1 si je ne me trompes. Mais je vieillis, ma mémoire peut avoir des failles. Un peu après, il me semble que Mickaël Schumacher sextuple Champion du Monde. 👍, il a peut être encore plus balaise aujourd'hui, mais je ne peux plus suivre, en plus je suis routier et je pars un dimanche sur deux. J'ai oublié beaucoup de Pilotes Talentueux, pardon pour eux, rappelez moi leurs Noms. J'ai vraiment vécu des belles années de F1 Je me rappelle du grand prix du Japon , diffusé vers 3 ou 4h du matin, ma femme, malheureusement décédée depuis, 40 ans ensemble 😢❤, me dit tu ne vas pas te réveiller à cette heure là. Je lui ai dis si . elle aimait ça aussi. J'ai acheté un casque filaire, à l'époque, pas de bleuthoth. Elle m'a dit, j'entends quand même.

He is the most entertaining driver, may not be as cool headed like Prost or Senna, but you know he puts 200% into it.

Nigel Mansell was beaten five years in a row at Lotus by Elio de Angelis. Then Rosberg demolished him in 1985 at Williams. After being beat 6 years in a row by his teammates very few drivers could have even existed in F1. Yet Mansell got a position in a top team. That's strange.

Nelson did the GP without changing tyres, excellent foot! His B190 had so many less horsepower than Ferrari and McLaren that he was forced to race with a rear wing half as thick as his rivals. If in Japan he had won due to the withdrawals of others (as in Canada the following year), on this occasion he had shown everyone who Nelson Piquet was, and had made me jump out of my chair as I watched him ❤ Obrigado Nelson!!!
