Yes! This definitely needs a blu ray release with all those missing scenes restored such as Kathy bering held up and stripped naked by native women A slightly longer scene of the oiling up of Kathy Additional shot of Kathy lying butt naked on the floor with her rear raised before being assaulted by the chief. Hopefully a video company that deals in b movie films like vinegar syndrome will release the uncut version someday.

Thanks for asking all the Tennessee Buck questions. Not quite the answers we are looking for, but I suppose it is highly unlikely she would just hand you a flash drive and say "Oh yes of course, here are all the unedited scenes of me... from 35 years ago... from that movie I barely remember." Still would have been nice though :)

Well Kathy did state there could be a longer version of the film. All I know is the oil rubdown scene took a whole day of shooting with a skeleton crew and they had to film it multiple times to get different reactions from Kathy and the natives. The stripping of Kathy before the rubdown was filmed but done in one take. This info was told to me by one of the sri lanka crew members who had worked on the film.

Julien Baptiste - One of my favourite characters in any TV drama even in my top 3 in all fiction. Absolutely loved Tchéky Karyo in this role! Just want to thank him for bringing those stories to life so well.

Does it matter? Sometimes best to simply accept a situation. In the book the boy is meant to have fallen from a balcony while playing, if that helps.
