Speaking as someone in the legal field, if GypShit is still legally married to Ryan when baby is born…..the babies last name will be Anderson on the birth certificate until a DNA test proves that Ryan isn’t the father. Now if her divorce does get finalized AND GypShit legally changes her name back to Blanchard, the baby can be given the last name Blanchard until a DNA test …..only if the baby proves not to be Ryan’s can they file with the court to legally have the babies last name changed to Ken’s (however, that can only happen IF Ken signs the court documents stating he agrees to have the baby’s last name changed to his)……GypShit has created a whole azz legal mess just around her child’s last name!!
