Hi! I repeat, your count divided by years is not correct, Omega serial numbers.. I'll explain. From 1895 onwards, 150,000 copies were produced in almost every year, varying from 200,000 copies from one year to the following year of manufacture, in the old numbering. In 1925, serial numbers started at 6,300,000 and ended at 6,500,000, this year 200 thousand copies were produced. right.. Therefore, your watch cannot be from 1925, but rather, manufactured in 1930 according to the serial numbers provided in your video. Thanks.

@@EliteWatchChannel-tx5hn ... Yes, I read it, I responded to it again, but the platform censored my response, so I responded in detail in this new comment.... Omega movement (7117210) manufactured in 1930... Omega case (7898848) manufactured in 1934...... thanks.

Hi! Wonderful Omega pocket watch. Looking at the serial number on the platinum, "this Omega was manufactured in 1930, Omega caliber 40.6L". This Omega manufacturing year list, found on the internet, is widely disseminated on the internet by Omega itself and also by collectors from all over the world. Omega has the most records published worldwide since 1895, when Omega began promoting its models worldwide.

@@EliteWatchChannel-tx5hn Hi! You are wrong about the way Omega divides the Omega serial numbers, reported since the year 1895, by the Omega.... If it was the year 1925, the serial numbers would have to start with 6300000.... the serial numbers 7117210 inserted in the movement plate, are from 1930... And in this case the Omega serial numbers 7898848 year 1934... Known by everyone, always verified by the movement serial number inserted in the plate, which in its Omega was manufactured in 1930 in Omega caliber 40.6L.... There is also another video here on KZbin, of another omega from 1925 in caliber 40.6L which is also wrong, it is the year 1928... Three or 5 years in a Omega is a lot of year difference, for a tolerance of Omega serial numbers. Thanks.

In good running order, a movement like this once, can be worth between $20-$50 on ebay, the case can cost between $30-$60 based on condition and whether it is base metal or gold filled.

I have a question, how to wind this watch. Some wind only in one direction. Others alternately up and down.
@EliteWatchChannel-tx5hn9 ай бұрын
This watch only winds when I turn the crown clockwise. I do however have to the first unscrew the crown. I assume this design is to keep out any dirt or debris from entering into the watch through the crown. This is a military watch and it would be used in the field.
