Let’s say I use this method to get to Shenzhen, could I apply for a tourist visa in Hong Kong and end up staying longer? I would much rather not use an agency to apply and the closest Chinese embassy is quite a ways from me.. thank you for the video!

Can u tell me what things does someone need to know to travel to Hong Kong? I never been out of the U.S. So I would like so trips and advice.
@xkrnbabox5 жыл бұрын
Hey there! I'm assuming you have an American Passport, correct? :D If that's so, then all you need is your passport! US citizens get 90days visa free in Hong Kong! Have an amazing time and eat all the DIM SUM! :D If you have any other questions feel free to leave a response here. I don't post any more but I am still active on YT. :]

Im flying United lax - Tokyo for a week then Osaka - shanghai - back to Lax where im from is this ok for my Visa free shanghai layover ?
@xkrnbabox7 жыл бұрын
Gary Hirsch As long as your layover is less than 72hours and you have proof of a flight booked to leave to a different airport than where you came from it will be okay. LAX-OSAKA-PVG-LAX is fine! If it was Osaka-PVG-Osaka you would run into issues. Have a wonderful trip! :D

American? You mean US passport holders.
@aguafria95657 жыл бұрын
this video is about TWOV, applying for a visa defeats the intention. A lot of Chinese air carriers have cheap flights due the volume of passengers they carry, so if you use a Chinese hub, you can often get 50% cheaper flights, having to applying for a visa defeats that purpose, at least for me.

How much does a apartment this size in Korea go for?
@xkrnbabox10 жыл бұрын
It really depends where you live in Korea. Metropolitan cities, regular cities, towns, small villages, etc. I live in a town outside of a regular city so it's about 350,000-400,000won per month for rent and then there's also the key money involved (like a large deposit while you live there) In Seoul or Busan a place like mine can easily go for double the price since it isn't that old and some things were furnished.

Why do people talk so much through the music? I just do not get that. Why in heavens name would you go to a concert to talk all the time? Go to a bar and talk there so the people who love the music can enjoy themselves. Great vid, nonetheless.
@xkrnbabox10 жыл бұрын
I knowwwww! But the concert was for college students who probably just went to the concert because it was free and they don't appreciate good music. SIGH. :'(

it seems that most people live in apartments in korea
@xkrnbabox10 жыл бұрын
Yes and No. Not many people in Korea actually live in what we might think as houses. Most people live in apartments or what we in the Western world would consider condos or full size apartments. They can be very spacious but I don't see myself ever living in one. There is no central A/C or heating! I'd die. :P ---I live in the country side and most of my students live in apts. -- People usually only live in a house if the family has money or lots of land and can afford to build a home. -- A home is just not advantageous over here in Korea because space is limited and I'm sure the taxes are higher on home owners than living in an apt. :\
@KOTHFanRantsandVidsisawesome10 жыл бұрын
xkrnbabox Thanks so much for your answer. It makes sense that not as many would live in houses, since it is so densely populated. It might be a good place for me to live because I am single and don't need a whole lot of space and it seems like the officetels and apartments are bigger than many of the cheaper apartments in the US.
@xkrnbabox10 жыл бұрын
***** I'd say that the equivalent apt size for most foreigners in Korea is a studio apt. That is essentially what a one room apt is. :] Not too big, sometimes too small...but tolerable to live in for one person. I can't imagine living with someone else in my apartment. I'd go crazy there's not enough space for my clothes and shoes with just me. :P
