Not a fan of the layout, but M Bath /closet and the upstairs patio are the best features. Agree on the MBr - needs more windows and a door to the patio. Price seems high for what you get, but I don’t know Lakeway very well. Thx for the video - great job!

This is a much better plan than your more recent Scott Felder video - I love, love, love casita plans. Good size kitchen and master suite. Not a fan of carpet ANYWHERE. There is a mid century builder that has casita plans for single stories that I absolutely love. This plan is nice. Nice job on the video!

Nice walkthrough. Kinda boring layout. Small kitchen given the size of the house - I need more countertop to work with. Like the back patio with finished ceiling. It’s an okay plan for a great location.
