Principal dancer with the Bolshoi Theater, but her name doesn't appear on top of the ballet company's list among the other principals; her name appears in a section below the soloist section named "working under contract", there you can see her photo with the following caption: Nina Kaptsova, principal dancer, working under contract.

A radiant (under rated) ballerina comes on stage and performs with dignity and grace: beautiful hands, amazing fouettes, and special skills. This is how it's done: no banging shoes, gracious movement and respect choreography. 💙💖💙💖

I looove Bulanova and hate what the Mariinsky is doing to her. But as much as I love her I can't avoid being bothered by her physique, her size; sometimes she kinda looks too big for a ballerina, at least for a Russian ballerina dancing in Russia. I look at her and my mind goes "big girl", although I can't help myself on that I still love her dancing, her energy, her attitude on stage. I am confused. I hope she becomes a prima one day.
