What do I do? After two pulses, my left earbud just randomly starts charging, and doesn’t turn on. Right one works just fine but the left one never turns on or works. It doesn’t even register in the case as charging, although it still does the pulsing two times until shutting off in the case and not charging, as I said.

I bought these a year ago and still some of the best earbuds ever. Outlasting any Samsung or Apple products. Such great bass and ear fitting.

My jbud air anc wont connect and i have tried many times now what should I do 😭😭?

I have had these for about a year now I think. Today, when I connect them to my Chromebook laptop they seem stuck on a very low volume setting, or the highest volume setting, with no change to the volume when I used the volume control buttons on the keyboard until I enter or exit mute. Sometimes, though the Chromebook says they are connected, I get no audio out of them at all, and yes, I check that neither KZbin or the Chromebook itself is set to mute. I can sometimes get it to change the problem by restarting my Chromebook, and I have already tapped each one seven times to reset them. Does anyone know what is wrong, and how to fix it please?

I wish there was a feature if you lose your headphones to be able to find it like in SmartThings on a map

My earbuds connect to each other and pair to phone so that with the R earbud I can turn up the volume, pause and restart playback but there is no sound. From all the other messages here it looks like there is a quality problem in manufacture.

Ive had mine for about 2 weeks. I like being able to control the commands on each flex ear bud according to my needs. The only con is that ears could become sensitive from having the flex-bud sit in one place on the ear for long periods of time. That can be easily fixed by gently sliding or adjusting them up or down the ear with ease. I'm enjoying this product at the moment.
