la fin de la video questionne : 1... la polyvalence à tout prix pour "lisser", avec des formations ça passe? où est l'humain vanté par le lean ?? comment le vivent les professionnels? à être partout, on est bon nulle part.... 2... "moralité : quand vous voulez vendre quelque chose de complexe, proposez pire avant pour le faire passer..." BRAVO, belle philosophie manipulatrice ! serait ce le vrai visage du lean? on nous vend le lean comme la solution aux problématique d'attractivité et de fidélisation des professionnels cependant, je ne peux m'empêcher de constater que c'est depuis sa généralisation dans les structures que que ces problématiques sont apparues...
