So Im a fit (ish) 55 year old man . Firstly....it always makess me happy when i see overweight people getting up and making a change ....well done young lady! Secondly i just got a rebounder ...if you were in any doubt..dont be...but one....with bungees not springs if you're older as they are more gentle on your joints.
