Friends are going to Clearwater next month. Everyone is checking out snowbird rentals for the next few years! You were smart you did it years ago! Beach looks great!

Very busy these days at the beach's here. And you don't have to stay at Clearwater, all up and down the county have great beach's, less crowded areas like Indian Rocks Beach. Madeira Beach, Redington Shores, St. Pete Beach, etc.... Just look on a map of Pinellas County, Florida. Take care buddy....and remember to look me up if you're ever in town !

Don't go swimming or wading!!!!! Is this a zoo??? Why are the gators so close???? That thing could kill you....... not good! Is there a permit for that gator??? Who do I sue if that thing bites me????

I now go to Mexico for the winter. But all my friends go to Florida. That gator doesn't look friendly! Maybe next winter I will be walking the beach with you.

Looks like good times over there, Greg! I've never been to Tampa or the Keys but I've been to many cities in Florida. I use to love being in Florida. I had some great times there!

This area, the west coast of Florida is more laidback then say some other parts of Florida, it's more family oriented, alot of retirees. But it's allright for me at my age....may not be for some younger ppl. Thanks for watching, check out some of my other videos when you get a chance.

I need to see an alligator 😂 I'm never seen one yet..I'll excited ,Lol ,Is this park Open for public I see lots of alligator ..

yes, open to the public, it's a county park, most parks with lakes(water) will have gators in them.....there are less and hard to find now in the summer here, but actually winter when it's warm, not on the cool days, and springtime seems to be a big time for this particular park for gators. Just visit the many parks with water in the area, I'm sure you'll see some in the wild.

Yep, down in Englewood, she stumbled into the pond.... I was just out today walking at Taylor Park, here in Largo, only saw a couple of smaller gators there, and as I said I've walked there for years, and no problems....

Yep, Hulk Hogan(Terry Bollea) has lived in the area for at least 30 years, he has a store, and a restaurant, he is seen from time to time, and I hear he now has a house in the Clwr. beach area, I knew his house in Bellair when he was married.
