I'm almost done playing this piece but for the love of me, my right hand can't deal with the rhythm on the 2nd page beginning at measure 23 all the way to the number 44. Any advice ?

It’s a really tricky rhythm, had a hard time figuring it out and then practicing. But you must count each half note in your head first in order to stay constant, divide the first 2 black notes for this to work,there should be 18 in your head (mesure 22-24-25). While you play it on a slow regular beat, with your left hand you should snap your fingers every 4 half notes. The snap will dictate your down beat, which shift from one half note every time on the melody. So you go ‘snap’, 2, 3, 4, ‘snap’, 2, 3, 4, ‘snap’ 2, 3, 4, ‘snap’ 2, 3, 4, ‘snap’, 2…that’s 18 half notes right there, and then you arrive at mesure 26. It took me a moment to practice myself so don’t worry you’ll get there. Hope this helped!

@LaurieTheberge I finally have worked out what you mean, at first I was really confused why you mentioned half-notes in a 6/8 rhythm but it makes sense now, I have devided the notes as such and will try that. (btw you meant to write measures 23-24-25). Thank you, rhythm has always been my arch enemy !

Sorry I don’t know proper terminology I never studied music, also english is a second language so I don’t know how to say things clearly. But yeah even in 6/8 you have 3 black notes, so 6 half notes…anyway I hope my advice helped a bit
