Its just a slogan, plus they literally have an achievement called seinen unleashed which you get by unlocking a character not from shonen jump (currently its guts or saitama)

@@bandtizedlive9185 pucci disc always does the 20 dmg version and if you have 2 bones while in cmoon you can awaken mih, they did a few dmg nerfs for mih, but you can stack m1 with the moves in mih so it doesn't matter. For quo vadis you have to time 4m1 wait one m1 then uptilt so it can extend.
