Absolutely, if you can afford it. Looks like they came out with one. That is cheaper this year.

Thank you for making this video!! I just bought some for $8 at Costco because they were doing a sale. I’m gonna go out now and buy some marinates!! I used to bread and fry chicken boneless breast or thigh and then give them a teriyaki pan fry so it gets sticky and it sticks to the breaded chicken. but your way seems awesome and healthier. Also did you know about the Chinese secret of velveting meat? You could marinade meats in baking soda very briefly like 15-30 minutes and you have to rinse it off (id recommend a soak) because the taste of baking soda in your meal no thanks. but it does transform the texture into that Chinese takeout tenderness.

As a home cook myself ill just give my opinion on this. seasoning before cooking good although i would add black pepper, let coals get ready good, Oiled grill good, Grilling the bread to toast good, Those flareups are out of control but if you're going for rare burgers that will work, If the patties are thin enough it wont matter at all though they'll just cook very fast. melted the cheese, good. Bread looked a bit too charred in the end id scrape that char off but hey that happens to all of us time to time. I like the way the veggies look on there. Overall i'd say this is a definite delicious burger 8/10 of simple classic home grilled burgers. You know what you're doing to make good food everyone can enjoy.

Trust me that bacon will come out a lot crispier cooked between paper towels on a plate in the microwave. The trick is to soak up as much grease as possible off the bacon.

Been using this product for years. You’re working too hard on this. Take your 4 slices, place on a folded paper towel, then place in the microwave for 45 seconds then your done. After a few attempts you’ll master the perfect time for your liking. Also .. miracle for bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers .. cooks twice as fast as raw bacon. This bacon is so convenient.. doesn’t smell up the house .. no bacon fat to discard .. use on everything. Good luck!

Thanks for the tips! I’ll have to try that.😋
