I just recieved my inversion table today. Your video was great information. You saved me a lot of learning the hard way. I will follow your routine of starting out at the 15 deg level. Because knowing me i would have started out at the 45 deg. And probly would have crippled myself. Getting yourself to the point of the muscles to a relaxed enough point to allow the gas to be released from your joints is fantastic. Cant wait to get to that part of the journey. Thank you for doing this video.

I love the Teeter ... I have one at work and purchased a use one for home ... My home one has an older locking mechanism like the x3 ... it has black plastic ... cam I buy a replacement part for the locking mechanism? It's not failing, but doesn't lock in like the LX9 does to my ankles.

Hi there, the X3 and LX9 have the same ankle lock system, so I am not sure I understand your question. If you reach out to our customer service team they can help you out. You can reach us at 800-847-0143 (M-F, 8am-4pm PST).

I was hoping to see how the calf supports function as they make it so difficult to put these on! The good news is that the boots don't hurt unlike the knockoffs that you show! Love both the table and boots.
@TeeterFitness4 күн бұрын
Hi Perry, the calf loops help to distribute the weight to make it more comfortable. I don't know if that answers your question but please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly if you have any additional questions. You can reach us at 800-847-0143 (M-F, 8am-4pm PST).

Best healthcare money I ever spent! Twice! I sold my 12-yo. one dirt cheap when I had to relocate to a smaller space. My back suffered greatly over a year and my spine contracted (I'm 71) until I felt out of balance, to the point of being very afraid I'd fall. After 6 hrs. of pro massages, I am walking again every day. I just bought a new Teetwr Fitspine X1 to decompress my vertebrae and help correct my posture, and I seriously feel 10 years younger after only 5 weeks.! (I felt 81 beforehand though!) thank you for an awesome product! I also have your wonderful elliptical rower. It's too much FUN for being exercise equipment!!

I forgot. I wear boots on my teeter which allows me to counter more aggressively without breaking my ankles. Be careful to keep your spine curved. I was told I straightened my spine a little and needed to put the curve in more. So be careful. I was in daily and highly elevated pain for 3 years then healed on the Teeter. But you have to work your core back or this is just like sugar, caffeine or drugs. We know that road.
@batchelerjr12 күн бұрын
Ha ha! I healed an inflamed 3rd vertebrae with this machine but never worked my core. So 6 years later. I just had 4 basivertebral ablations on the bottom 4. And now. I must Teeter twice a day. Once minimum. You need to promote core work. I can invert for over 10 minutes easily. Once you get experienced with this machine, you have have just saved so much energy going elsewhere to heal. Which is a bandaide. This machine and core work like a Jedi for the next year. I'm just at work 2 of my ablation. Yes I can still feel everything however it's at a full roar rather than sharp 8's and 9's in the morning. And. The cause of all this is actually food for me. So, I took out everything except red meat shoulder rolls from Costco. I'm on my 6th and mowed through a couple whole rib loins. In other words, I can safely say that processed sugar addicts and fat overweight eaters are as drug addicted as heroin addicts. They look just as unhealthy. Travel around and see where the fat people live. The southeast and texas

Is it possible to set it so that the arms and legs move in a normal opposite pattern? I love the concept, but This a natural swing, with both limbs on the same side going forward at the same time, would drive me crazy. I've watched it and watched it, and I'm sure that it's not in pattern. Can someone tell me I'm wrong?

Turns out I not only had five bad lower discs; but TWO horrifically arthritic hips as well (both hips were not even connected, leg-to-hip). A TEETER fixed my back, but I still needed to have BOTH hips replaced with titanium. Before surgery, I could not walk, could not move even half-an-inch without severe pain. Slept sitting up for three years. I recommend Gundry's BioComplete3 and D'Adamo's fish oil to fight arthritis.

Well. It took me a while getting here. Final evaluation: The teeter did its job!! I had such intense pain in the process because I had TWO arthritically rotten hips!! My legs were not even attached to my body via bones, only muscles, tendons and sinews. Went to all kinds of doctors who never thought to shoot some X-rays of me. My wife finally dragged me to an ortho back doctor who told me my back was fine ... it was my hips. A great surgeon and two titanium hips later, and I can walk again, although I had to relearn how to do that. My recommendation: take Gundry's BioComplete3 and D'Adamo's fish oil ... get that inflammation out of your body!

I've dealt with on/off back issues and sciatica for 15 years due to a couple of herniated discs. My inversion table has been a true life saver when it comes to managing the inevitable flare ups. I generally use it 3 days per week, but during flare ups, I use it once per day. I don't invert all the way. I use 40 degree angle with 3 or 4 sets with each set being between 1 and 1-1/2 minutes. After a flare up, each day starts to get a little better, where I feel 70% better after day 4 and 100% better after a week. Prior to having the inversion machine, back flare ups would generally get worse each day where I would be in worse shape week 2 than I was in week 1.

Up to how many milimeters can a single disc be stretched?
@TeeterFitness2 ай бұрын
In general, discs can expand or contract by about 1 to 2 millimeters due to daily activities and change in posture. However, specific activities such as spinal decompression can cause a disc to be stretched slightly more, depending on the individual. While significant stretching beyond a natural range of motion can potentially cause injury, it's important to clarify that the inversion table offers natural, progressive decompression so the disc is 'stretched' by the same amount of pressure that compresses it while upright. We do recommend speaking with your doctor before starting an inversion program, as they are more familiar with your specific condition. If you have any additional questions please reach out to our Teeter Product Experts at 800-847-0143 (M-F, 8am-4pm PST).
