Riddle me this, sir. For almost 2 yrs, the was was advertised to launch on all platforms and not once during that development period did the notify the public that hey, we're having issues with the series S so we're only gonna launch on PC & PS. Why did they wait until after launch to do that? That right there makes me not trust the devs considering the number of good games that have launched this gen on the series S along with the X and PS5. It's funny how when devs fail to optimize their games that launch on all platforms, everyone unanimously blames the devs, but when the game is exclusive to my platform I immediately give the devs a free pass and automatically become a fanboy and laugh at the other platform.

I blame the INEXPERIENCED dev team that doesnt know how to optimize wukong barley runs on the ps5 and its not even optimized on pc. Id they expect to make it in the gaming industry they need to learn how to optimized.

Those aren't "jrpgs" people typically mean standard jrpgs. Not drpgsl(SMT, Etrian oddyssey), srpgs(ff tactics) or action r]gs (dark souls, mana), jmmorpg (ff12). Somr would include monster collectinf, but Just plain jrpgs dont have interesting combat. They have interesting ideas. The actual campaigns do not encourage interesting play at all and the overwhelming majority of fights are fodder to drain resources on a macro scale you can often replenish anyway. If other genres had such level design theyd be shunned but the theming/story and progression mechanics and the novelty of the mechanics keep people entertained. An exception is cosmic star heroine. Adventure games do integration between theme/story and game the best imo, rpgs are a close second. I have never once heard a solid argument for mainline jrpgs havinfg turn based depth that is actually relavent. Pit em next to Draughts, chess and go, or the more complex modern takes of something like twighlight imperium, and the depth in jrpgs is laughable tbh. Unless you're using self imposed restrictions that basicallly design the game for them.

Reading on my Kindle or Kobo eReader is a much better experience. Physical books have their place, but for the right size font, the right lighting, the right weight, the convenience to carry your whole library with you - I always reach for my eReader.

i just wish theyd make a pc beat em up like double dragon but in 3d so you walk along and beat ppl up, special moves, throw people get different weapons go into adventures etc. But all games today are the same either 1st person or 3rd person shooters with a gun.

Mid movie. Lots of logistical loopholes characters could have done differently. Sequences felt contrived. It felt like typical cookie cutter hero action movie where there gf life is also in danger but we all know she doesn’t die.

I'm in the same boat, bro. I just built my own PC last month. I've had a PS5 since day one back in 2020, and I've been disappointed.
