I’ve loved this song since the release of 12 Point. How on earth could anybody not understand the point of this song?? 100% On point satire, unfortunately more relevant today than when written. The whole album is an amazing document, I wish more people understood. Wish I could of seen y’all, but no such luck! (One down, one across still my fave tho!)

You mean the one from college for the demo version of the tune. This is the only thing we ever put together for the song otherwise. But we should do like a real video for it. I'd be down.

@@Toddobvious HAHA! Yeah that's the one! Hehe, the days. But yeah man i dunno, hehe....that demo version of the tune... I mean that was fun and a great time of life, but I'm a perfectionist and I prefer to keep that one in our little circle. Maybe if I can find it I can post secret for the living group in the know, hehe.

THIS. Was one of the BEST documentaries I've seen in many years! Abby Burnett and I could be spiritual twins! I agree, nothing better than a picnic and an afternoon at the cemetery. Thank you for a wonderful program! I love cemeteries so much, I have donated time to Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness, to photograph headstones at a cemetery I lived by. I used to go to my family's plot and read lay on my own grave as I spent time in the beautiful cemetery my family is in. Great place to heal from grief and an even better place to keep it, so it doesn't overgrow your life. Didn't work in my case, but I got through it.

Always be cautious around old tall gravestones because more often than not they rest on flimsy foundations of hand-poured cement of dubious quality. I've seen where they have fallen over merely because of rain or high winds. If you see they are leaning use extra caution. Be especially wary of very old cemeteries in rural settings.

I know of the Fairview Cemetery for I have found distant relatives buried there from Crawford County, Arkansas, where my Lewis ancestors lived in early 1800's. I've been studying and researching mostly from home now for decades, my Mother's birth family in AR and OK that fought in the Civil War in TX and emigrated west to Northern California where I am from. Thank you for a lovely trip that I cannot travel. I was so surprised to see it.

Hop I saw you guys around 2000, maybe '99, I think at Trees...I'm from Dallas. I'll never forget your show, you guys blew me away in away that few bands ever have in a live setting when I had no idea who they are, much less a "local" band. That was a great scene in the early aughts, with you guys, Chomsky, Deathray Davies, etc. "Wasted Time" completely floored me the very first time I heard it at the show. You guys were known as The Commercials back then. I told you after you played that Wasted Time very much reminded me of "Velouria" by the Pixies, as far as the interesting use of sliding power chords, the emotional content, the immediate awesome hookiness, etc
