You don’t put together a sales team for a consumer product, you need a marketing team for that. Sales teams are by nature B2B. It’s where the money’s at.

It's accurate with the bullshit titles and lingo, but sales people don't decide what gets sold. That's either a GTM team including pricing and packaging, along with product leadership. Then marketing builds the messaging and finally salespeople learn what the fuck they are selling.
