It's a competition for professional singers. Same competition that introduced Dimash to the world. 7 singers each week/round and bottom vote getter is eliminated and then a new competitor is brought in. 12 shows total. Scores are not cumulative between rounds so the goal is just to keep avoiding elimination until the final round. This song is from Round 3 and she won. The other two songs she sang were Crazy (week 1, came second) and Set Fire to the Rain, which she won. Adam Lambert was in a separate challenge that did not affect the competition rankings, so in effect, he was a guest performer. The only other singer you might know is Chante Moore from the US,. who came first in Round 1 and 3rd the last two rounds. The rest are Chinese performers. Round 4 will be tomorrow.
