I strongly recommend Norma tac22 ammo. It is the most reliable ammo for all my suppressed 22s.

Not thrilled with rugged. They don’t have a removable rear cap. So you can’t run different muzzle devices.

How long is the barrel on the rifle?

Wondering if you were shooting standard 9mm or subsonic 147 grain or above?

I bought one on a whim when the seller promised to deliver it to my home. The delivery worked, the can was inexpensive, and it is quieter than a more expensive and trendy suppressor I have. No complaints.

I gotta admit the “Radical makes really good stuff” at the beginning seems like a paid advertisement and really made throw out your opinion right away 😢 I have 3 radicals in my collection just for kicks, two rifles and a 14.5 upper. They are ok at best, and their reputation (though better in recent years) is certainly not “really good”

I use the 22cal .277cal 30cal and 9mm wiped end caps on my primal it makes a huge difference

I just bought a Christensen Arms CA TAC 10 .308 minus the magazine. Should I buy a Christensen brand magazine or will Magpul PMAG LR/SR Gen M3 Magazine work just as well?

Nice rig! I did something similar with my 1022 backpacker (no suppressors here in Cali though). I used a Tac Sol X-Ring bull barrel with fiber optic sights, MagPul forward optic mount, Sig Romeo 5, Ruger extended mag release Looks like your Timney) Ruger BX trigger, polished sear etc, w/Kidd mag plunger, Kidd Bolt assembly, Kidd Bolt release, Kidd Bolt Buffer. Shoots very well, more accurate than my stock barrel and at least a pound and a half lighter. I also kept my stock barrel and got another Back Packer forend. Good times. A lot of that noise you are hearing is your bolt slamming back into your stock steel buffer pin, an easy fix. Cheers

What I've found is that once people get one silencer they get once specific for each gun. They find it inconvenient to wait until the silencer cools down to switch it to another gun.

Totally agree. I’ve been running the same G Code battle belt setup since 2016 and it’s never let me down. And it’s gotten almost constant use. I’ve also got a bunch of IWB holsters and they are by far the best I’ve seen.

I bought this model almost 2 years ago but thanks to the a.t.f it took 17 months to get my stamp but that's a government issue as far as this can goes it's awsome I don't have the kind of money to buy a suppressor for a bunch of different calibers but most of the stuff that can be used on different size ammo didn't get the best write ups until I saw this video I liked the looks it was quality materials many of independent reviews and those done by companies that were not affiliated with rugged they all seemed to agree for the type it was that it was number 1 pick everything on center fire pistol cans pointed to the rugged obsidian 45acp so my gun store that I have found to have reasonable pricing and there licensed to sell suppressors happened to have a 9mm and a 45acp I bought it alot had changed since I bought my rimfire can I had alot of running around for that passport photos my towns police station for fingerprinting and a sighn off from the chief all together these little extras cost like 30 dollars but back then when I sent everything I'm I had my stamp back in 6 weeks this time everything was taken care of at the store my prints where taken electronically pictures they did most of the paper work and from the day it was sent it took 27 months for my stamp to come bit as far as the suppressor goes it's a winner all around.

What are your thoughts on the black oxide finish on custom 2? Im reading it isnt durable whatsoever and rust prone
