Thanks! And I'm the same way. The only DLC character I somewhat liked was Eddy. Heihachi was meh, not really a fan of Lidia and I just downright don't like Clive lol Almost stopped playing T8 because of Clive. Hopefully season 2 brings us much better characters!

I dig the Christmas colors on Leo's detective outfit more than just the Santa coat. I like the f2,4 combo routes, they do a little less damage but they're consistent and give some really good wall carry with less room for mistakes. I've mainly been doing b1,4 into uf1 cancel for wall carry without using tornado but the f2,4 route seems to do it really well. I haven't done enough practice with it myself to know if going into KNK from cd3,1,BOK is consistent but it always looks like it will drop. Merry Christmas!

@@WingedZero8 I was practicing around with f2,4 in combos cause I just really like that move and had a feeling there was more I could do with it besides ws3,1 d 1,2. Then I discovered going into KNK from BOK instead of 1,2 actually connects and then I started experimenting with what I could follow up with. From what I tested, if I manage to get f4,3,4 on the wall instead of df1,2 for the tornado it does only 2 less damage compared to the standard combo which still does less but it's not too bad and the combo just looks so cool from f2,4 that I think I'll still use it for style points lol

Bought tekken 8 on my pc and relearning the game dedicating a lot of time learning Leo yesterday but my main problem is how to get back up after being comboed, I survive one combo and get pulled into another one and dying too many times

@@aland7234 Yeah that can be difficult especially in this game. Sometimes it doesn't hurt just staying on the ground for a few seconds instead of getting up immediately. I do that frequently and half the time people expect me to get up immediately and do something I can end up punishing when I do get up.

@aland7234 Your welcome, just don't do it too much because if your opponent catches on, they may start hitting you with moves that will hit you on the ground. But getting caught in a combo immediately after one is common in this game, even Leo can do it especially if your opponent is on the wall. If they get up blocking, while crouched df+3 then activate heat can get you another wall combo or if they get up ducking, any mid move that wall splats will give you another wall combo.

@@WingedZero8 I saw and them announcing they weren't revealing the next character until the Game Awards was my biggest motivation to rank Leo up one more time. I've been telling people I would rank again once Julia came out since I don't want Julia and Leo to be the same rank but if the next character is a guest character, I was like "Let me do it now so I won't have to deal with the guest character in rank later on in the future with Leo" lol.

I really like Leo in this game. All the new stuff they gave her like the new moves, new stance transitions, lightning glare, etc. are fun and satisfying to use. And they make her combos more enjoyable to do as well. Tekken 7 Leo is my least favorite version of Leo out of all the games.
