Does "deals 1 damage to target player" mean that I damage the players life force? Or am I damaging a creature?

For some reason I wanted to look up this video again. I bought the exact deck you guys showcased many years ago. I’m not using too many of the cards here anymore, but because of you guys, I found my favorite deck of all time. I know this is super late, but I appreciate the effort you guys put into this video all those years ago.

Hi, when in Vulshok Morningstar says "equip only as a sorcery" what does it mean? I must equip that card only in the two main phases, is that correct?

Hi great videos I’ve watched the other 7 before this. Is their only 1 plainswalker per deck Or can use multiple ones as long as they aren’t the same kind

Okay so I’m new and just starting out in magic and I have a question about counters… if a +1\+1 from a creature effect is placed on a target creature you control but has the condition of “when enters the battlefield” or says something like “when this creature attacks place a +1/+1 on all attacking creatures that already have a +1/+1 counter on it” do those counters drop off at the end phase or do they stay on the creature? An example card would be “Oran-Rief Ooze”. If they stay on does that mean that they stack on one another? Like I attack it gets its counters and on my next turn I attack again and they keep the counters from the previous turn plus one for the current turn? I’m just trying to get a specific understanding. I just bought a Vampire Commander Deck and it’s got A LOT of +1/+1 effects in it.

So if a creature inside your library gets a counter on it, how are you supposed to keep track of it? Just remember? Magic marker?

I just recently bought this deck for $30 and it is crazy how fast it pops off. I've only played a few games but almost every game I played about 20-30 lands and kept my friends on their toes. Just one insane combo after the next, it just never stopped. The only thing change I made was swapping 5 Forest for 5 Plains to balance it out a bit more. I was having trouble getting a plains out to get my commander but after the swap it worked amazing everytime.

I thought you can’t tap a card that’s already tapped? So why in the example would you tap your card to make them tap theirs? Would that even do anything or provide you any benefit?

Built it 1-2 months ago for 20-25€. Couldn’t stand a chance against the pricier/upgraded decks of my friends, in my 4 games so far. So I’ll probably just play it against precons or other budget decks, until I upgrade this deck myself. But totally love the idea of the deck.

Question for ANYONE. I need clarification desperately on lands, and just how many I “may” play. I have cards that say I can do multiple things on my “turns” (not turn), & “you may play the top card of your library if it is a land card”. First card is not confusing, but the base line which will build to my questions, and my needing clarification to an example that will follow soon. First card is Courser of Kruphix Play with the top card of your library revealed. You may play the top card of your library if it is a land card. Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, you gain 1 life. When you mix these other two cards in on a battlefield is where my confusion happens. Next card is Oracle of Mul Daya You may play an additional land on each of your “turns”. Play with the top card of your library revealed. You may play lands from the top of your library. “Turns” - What are these turns that this is referring to? I thought I had only one turn. How do access these “turns”? When/where are these turns found at? The gentlemen on this video said you have one turn, and can only play one land per turn. The last card is Dryad of the Hysian Grove You may play an additional land on each of your “turns”. Lands you control are every basic land type in addition to their other types. So what happens in this scenario? If I have all three of these cards on the battlefield and my library shows multiple lands in a row? (Let’s say 5 lands on the top of my library that I haven’t seen, except the top card is revealed.) How does this play? Do I get 3 additional land cards, because each card says you may play the top card of your library-Courser 1st, you may play an additional land on each of your turns-Dryad-2nd, You may play “lands” from the top of your library-Oracle-3rd? Or Can I play all 5 land cards at once, when the library keeps revealing land cards? Or Am I only allowed to play one additional land card this turn, leaving a land revealed on top of my library that I can do nothing with (until my next “turn”)?
