changing pixel format to 32-bit float of the sphere operator solved this issue.

@ 9:09 my blob is glitchy and is in the shape of a cube. My shape it is set to sphere and I rewatched the video and can't see what I did wrong. I tried different anti-aliasing settings but it had no effect on my issue.

Hello, it's a pleasure to see your component, I hope you have time to share the core GLSL part of the component to get used and sometimes understand the principle to make it easier to use your component. I also found an issue where the component 2D to 3D conversion in the file you uploaded missed a process. to_feedback should be preceded by another reorder. I think you must have missed it

Im sorry about that. I cant change that now. Are you using headphones? Might help. On my phone i hear it ok.

@@_mini_uv you can use a compressor to imrpove legibilitty. Audibility? Legilence? Anyway I'll happily send your audio through a compressor if you dont know whow to set the threshold etc but you should get the hang pretty quickly. Just make sure to EQ out the sub bass or your pops will be 808s.

I would expect actually that attractors will be mouse interaction or other real-time interactions. But that is actually gives a totally different look compared to the previous tutorial patterns

The operation at 22:00 that fix the particles, in my case doesn't work and they disappear. Maybe is my version 2023 that is not ok for this?

como se añaden mas atractores? los 10 atractores o la constante de 10 atractores donde se conectan? no alcanza a verse en el video. Excelente tutorial, gracias.
@_mini_uv Жыл бұрын
There is a constant chop that contains all the parameters also the number of attractors. At 17:19 you can see me explaining. Note that this number is being referenced to the resolution of the noise that generates the attractors position so this number is powered by 2. For example if you but 10 there will be 100 attractors and so.

Thanks a lot!, BTW, I have a quick question. Can I make a movie file out of 'pos_out'''s view as a point instead of view as an image?
@_mini_uv Жыл бұрын
Haven’t tried it. But i think you can’t. You need to render the points using the render network.
@joseignacioarias6644 Жыл бұрын
yes, but need to plug it to a pointRender node (you can find this in the Palette (Alt+l)) and then make a movie file out from it

Hi mini uv and thank for the two tutorials. There's an issue at 31:50 (which I higly doubt is due to any error made whilst following the tutorial as I've rewatched it two times by now but it could still be so nevertheless) because due to all the changes done in the post-fx section (which are not shown in either videos), the whole network turns entirely black because of the Bloom custom component turning all the pixel RGB/RBGA values from whatever number it gets via input into "nan" [not a number] which indicates that the whole section going from the render TOP of the first tutorial til the ending Out/Null TOP (the post-fx) contains important changes that are never shown and can't be followed trough unless you have access to the sample file. When first seeing the ending result from a post on Reddit I was very excited to see how you tuned the post-fx section cause I think it looks very neat but there's no way to get there unless I pay for the Patreon sub and get the sample file from there, I would suggest that next time you make a tutorial that is split in multiple parts you keep the version at the end of the first tutorial identical to the beginning of the second one OR explain every change that was made between and not only some of them. Anyway it was still a very interesting tutorial and I hope to see more from you in the future. P.S.: I would personally increase the mic volume a little bit for the next time ;D

Hi friend. There is no changes from the last tutorial just this post effect which contains blur top to smooth the particles, feedback from the palette, bloom from the palette, and a level top. I suggest you to remove the bloom and connect a new one it might help. Sometimes i also got problems with it where i got some distorted image. If you build the system and you can see in the geo comp or the camera that the particles are moving the way they should so everything is good you just need to play a bit with the feedback bloom level, shouldn’t be complicated. If it still not working please let me know.
