@thy thy I think this dryer works best on small to medium sized dogs. The nozzle isn’t really big so it might take a while to dry off a larger dog.

Holly is a beautiful pup! 🤩 I would say personally don't use pee pads. Day 1 outside if you have a back yard if not a fresh patch. Pee pads just confuse a Dog as we try to teach them to go outside but say it's acceptable to go to the toilet inside on a pad. Also the Greenies shouldn't be given until at least 6 months as it states on the back of the packaging. I would also use kibble for training and high quality ideally Freeze dried one ingredient treats as they are the healthiest. Especially with a small breed you don't want her to become over-weight. For food I would use a slow feeder, Snuffle mats and enrichment toys even with treats as a challenge and to make any food last longer. Clothes are OK if necessary like maybe a jacket in the winter if Holly gets cold for example but just double check fabric and material is suitable. With balls be really carefull with sizing as you don't want your dog to choke. Instead of the KONG treats if Personally get a KONG and use organic dog peanut butter or anything safe for dogs and stuff the KONG then freeze it for a challenge and enrichment. Her wet food could go inside it and be frozen. As mentioned below a lick mat the has suction cups can be used for baths and you can spread anything safe for dogs on it and also freeze it to again make it last longer. I'd also personally get a microfiber dog towel as it would dry Holly quicker than a regular towel. And also as she's partly white I would get a shampoo for white dogs to keep her coat nice ans clean. If it was her first bath she may have been afraid. Good luck! 🙂

Poor Holly being feed highly processed junk. Constant treats=short life. Also pee pads are best used for peeing on not for under dishes etc. Less confusing. A dog should not have to have its butt wiped. That could be a grooming problem. Holly would have a happier life with her puppy parents learning about her health needs. Her vet could be a great source. I am sure that you love your dog but she relies on your intelligent judgment when it comes to food and exercise. Constant treats are very harmful and teach nothing except to get more junk. Praise, and play are much better rewards. Finally I would like to caution about needless clothing. Some fabrics are toxic and flammable. Natural fabrics are better suited for our tiny furry friends. It is often better to buy children stuffies with embroidery eyes at yard sales than department store synthetic balls and other products. Yup I am a senior and love my senior puppies. I also have a young malshi who l hope lives a long vibrant life.

We are all learning and need love and support on our new puppy journey. I am getting my puppy in December and I wouldn’t dare sharing the breed or dog food brand that I’ll be using because I might get ticketed for being human 😬

She Boujee 👑 She is living a “glam-glam” life with all the love she’s getting and all the wonderful things she’s has in her puppy haul! She’s a wonderful, well fed and well cared for puppy. Poor Dorothy has devoted WAY too much of her time trying to tell you what to do with your dog! 😂Remember when “viewers like Dorothy go low with insulting comments, you go high” keep posting more videos about Holly and the wonderful life she is living with you💜💜💜

One thing that might help with bathing her is getting a Lick mat with suction cups so you can attach it to the wall of the sink, bath, or wherever you wash her. You can put yogurt and freeze it on there or buy natural peanut butter (make sure it doesn't have xylitol as it is really toxic for dogs) and spread it on the lick mat, which should distract her. You can use any spreadable or freezable treat (like mashed bananas frozen on there if she likes bananas) if you think she may like that better. :)

I’m looking for a dryer for my Shih Tzu but would you compare this one to a normal blow dryer? I really like the one from you previous review because it was quiet. Holly looks cute, how old is she now?

@Rih I would say it is similar to a blow dryer by default due to its design. I personally like the hands free aspect of the previous dryer that I reviewed on my channel simply due to that alone ( also that dryer is much quieter too)! I found it easier to brush out her fur when I had both of my hands free. With that being said I like the fact that this dryer had multiple attachments and it also had an option to change its speed settings which the other dryer that I previously reviewed did not have ( it only had an option to change the heat settings and there also wasn’t a cold air setting). All in all I think it all comes down to preference. Holly is almost 9 months old

@Mario-Mia thank you ! The blow dryer dried Holly off better than my human hair dryer. It has a couple different heat settings and speed settings as well. I found that I like the auto option the best because it changed from low to high heat every 3secs. Hope that helps!

The only problem I sometimes have with worsted & a 4.5 mm hook is that it starts to get stiff, especially the inexpensive yarns. I sometimes have to go up to 6.5 mm, and that’s not a problem cause it makes the stitches fluffy.I have no problem using inexpensive yarns. I use them all the time.

@Laurel Girard I find that sometimes I have that issue too, but often times it’s because I’m crocheting to tight, to fix that issue I just try to readjust how much tension I am using while I crochet!

You can't just throw a harness and collar on a puppy. You need to slowly introduce them to it over time and use treats as rewards. That pen area is really small . Also you need a waterproof pad under the entire pen area or you will be constantly cleaning up dog mess. Available on Amazon. I am skipping potty pee pads and training directly for outside.

I completely agree with you about the size of the play pen space, it is really small. However, she’s not typically in her play pen, we just use it when we aren’t supervising her!

@TiaA No, my dog does not personally bark a lot. She’s really quite, and only barks when she is playing or trying to get your attention ! I think we got really lucky because she’s a really calm dog. I can’t say all Malshi’s will have the same temperament, but based on Holly I would definitely get another Malshi.

@@millicentxyooj9051 aww that’s so cute, they are twins! When we got Holly she was 4.2 pounds at 8 weeks, but then again she was the biggest puppy in her litter. If you’re concerned about his weight I would recommend you see a vet
