Thank you for the video, very helpful. I have a different problem though, my machine wont power on anymore, mid way it stopped working while pouring the carafe :( .. I opened the entire unit, luckily without breaking anything and i got to the circuit board, used my tester and the power is flowing through, touched all the capacitors too .. I think there is a fuse problem? or something needs to be reset? Could you help?

I took mine apart , and took the i take hose (not secured)from the res , and used an injection syrenge to flush the scaly line to the heater, several times, until it backwashed clear.Worked like a charm.

I'm always astonished how quick it gets unbearably hot in the cab when you turn the engine off. In the summer time there's almost no such thing as reserving fuel in the day time. And if you're in a hot climate at night you're burning diesel 24/7 just to be comfortable in the truck.

Brilliant Detail of how to remove and refit injectors.. language barrier made no difference with great camera work step by step. This also has to be carried out when replacing rocker cover gaskets that leak on these 3.0 tdi v6 c7. ALWAYS pre order the injector washer kit specific to your car when ordering rocker cover Gasket as they will leak if refitted with old washers. Onwards & Upwards 👍

Need to install those caps on quickly because those are pressure regulated, and it maintains the atmosphere inside the battery void of oxygen, which will cause calcification in a very short period of time, I have performed that procedure many times
